The location of this guest farm is nothing to write home about. It's in a bleak and windswept area, not rural enough, and close to the main road. there is a big supermarket with takeaways nearby and some play facilities for small kids. the room is basic and adequate for an overnight stay. You'll get a warm shower and a bed, and the owner is friendly.

The wall heater in the room is not strong enough to make it cozy at night.

The price was very reasonable for what was offered. The towels were lush and fluffy, which was a nice surprise. We were thrilled to find that there was a complimentary breakfast served in the morning, which was a great way to start the day.

The noise from other guests was quite loud at night and kept us awake. The location wasn't ideal - it was a bit out of the way and hard to find.

The room amenities were excellent, with a fan that kept me cool and a fridge that kept my drinks cold. The shower was nice and hot. a fantastic experience.
